Terms and Conditions

1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of parts placed through the online shop of AUTO AUA GmbH, Roelckestraße 102, 13088 Berlin, Germany ("we"). The sole contracting party is AUTO AUA GmbH. 2. Conclusion of contract The display of items in the shop does not constitute a binding offer on our part, but an invitation to order. By clicking the "Place order" button in the final step of the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart. The contract is concluded once we accept your order by email confirmation. 3. Payment methods Payment is processed via our payment provider Mollie and, depending on availability, can be made via PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. 4. Delivery and shipping You may choose between pickup at our workshop (free of charge) and shipping. For shipped orders, we charge a flat shipping fee, shown before you complete your order; orders of €100.00 or more ship free of charge. All prices include statutory VAT. 5. Retention of title Delivered goods remain our property until paid in full. 6. Warranty Statutory warranty law applies. Consumers are entitled to the statutory two-year warranty for defects from the date of delivery. 7. Right of withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy. 8. Liability We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. 9. Governing law and jurisdiction German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence. 10. Dispute resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. 11. Language The German-language version of these Terms and Conditions (/de) is legally authoritative; this English text is provided for convenience only.
